Role & Responsibilities

• Survey strategic locations to open retail stores
• Plan and execute growth strategy from Management
• Visit various provinces in the Luzon area to map out and prioritize which locations would be best to open in
• Consolidate all location options to choose from
• Work with construction team to build out retail locations in a timely manner
• Provide support for all growth-related strategies

Requirements

• 2-3 Year’s experience in a business development role or function
• 2-3 Year’s experience in real estate market
• Ability to be self-motivated and disciplined
• Good analytical skills to spot opportunity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Good Problem solving skills
• College Graduate
